Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is stated here;
I charge half of the service for a cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time. If there is an emergency, I’m more lenient. Within 48 hours, I charge 30 % of the service. I will determine the severity of the emergency and go from there. It’s ultimately up to me on how to charge. If you no call/no show, you pay the full cost and will not be able to re-book a service with me. Everyone has a phone and it takes two minutes to text. Thank you!
